As our learner USING THIS SITE OR A MOBILE APP THAT REQUIRES AUTHENTICATION, we need basic personal information from you, in order for you to complete your registration process. The specific information include:

Our FREE mobile applications that do not require authentication from users do not collect these data.
- Why we Need your Information
On our website, each learner has a separate account. The information you provide to us allows us to identify you. This also enables you, the learner, to keep track of your progress on courses completed, assessment tests, and general performance.
On our learning mobile apps, the information allow you complete the activation processes of the applications. There are instances when we may need to assist you – instances such as change of phone, loss of activation password, etc – in this sort of situation, the information you provided at the point of registration allows us to help you.
We may also, through your emails, notify you of new products in our lines of service.
- How We Get Your Consent
When provide your personal information as listed above, and you complete the registration process either through our website or through any of our mobile applications, you agree that we should collect and keep your personal information.
- How You Can Withdraw Your Consent
You have the freedom to withdraw your consent about keeping your information with us. This will also mean that we do not recognise you again as one of our learners.
On our mobile applications that required registration before use, we also provide a way for you to delete your data by yourself.

- Safety of Your Personal Data
The safety of your data is important to us. We adopt strict measures in handling of the data you provide to us. As a proactive measure, only an appointed member of the staff team can access our admin panels and consoles.
For our mobile applications that receive personal data for authentication, we rely on the strong infrastructure of Google’s powered Firebase services to keep the records of our user’s data.
- How Long We Retain Your Data
For website and authenticated app users, your data remain until you delete your account, or until you request us to do so.
- Your Identity When You Interact with Our Platform
When you post comments on our website, your user name and email address will be retained and shown with the comments you made.

We do not disclose your personal data to third parties. However, the only conditions that may lead us to the disclosure of your data is where such is required by LAW or the user takes advantage of our services to engage in fraudulent acts with other members of the society.

Our free mobile applications show ads. Our ads are served through Google’s AdMob. The ad service may obtain system data about your location, your ad ID, and other information necessary to identify and serve suitable ads to specific users. These information are not held by us directly.
Activities relating to app crashes, installs and uninstalls are also monitored through Google’s analytics and these would also obtain the device information that you use.

Cookies are tracking technologies used by websites. Our website uses cookies to keep track of your sessions, your frequency of visit to our website, the behaviour of your device, with the aim of giving you better service sessions.

When you click on links on our website or applications, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices adopted by other sites. But, as a learner-friendly platform, we try to screen the links before embedding them on our sites and applications.

We seek to protect every of our learners who use our products and services. Therefore, we reserve the right to delete the information of users who become a threat to the wellbeing of other users through fraudulent/criminal practices OR SHARE such information with appropriate law enforcement agencies.
- Financial Details of Users
Payments for our services are made through recognised financial gateways. We do not have access to our users’ financial details and we do not hold the card details used in such transactions.
- Change in Policy
In the event of a change in policy, we will notify our users ahead of time through the contact channels that they provided. Notifications on such changes will also be visible on our websites and available to users on their next login.
